A. IN STOCK ITEMS:

1. ORDER
- Please e-mail us the CODE_COLOUR_SIZE to brunei.muslimah.boutique@gmail.com. , OR
- Please leave a message in our INBOX at our Facebook Page
- We will respond within 3 to 5 working days. Once order is confirmed, we will give you further instructions (payments, collection / delivery).


2. DEPOSIT
- Required - details will be sent once order has been confirmed


3. BOOKING
- Bookings will only be held for a maximum of THREE (3) days ONLY. If the item is not collected after three days, it will be released to other customers (negotiable)
 

 4. PAYMENT *Instructions will be given once order has been confirmed*
- Bank in - details will be sent once order has been confirmed
- Cash


5.  COLLECTION & DELIVERY

i) POS LAJU
* Delivery to ALL FOUR DISTRICTS (Belait, Tutong, Brunei-Muara, Temburong)
* Items will be delivered to you doorstep within 2-3 working days if:
---- Brunei-Muara district: items posted before 1.30pm
---- Belait, Tutong, Temburong districts: before 10.00am
* Therefore to ensure quick delivery, please make payments ASAP so that we can process your order quickly to avoid any disappointments

ii) MEET UP
* Applicable to Belait, Tutong and Brunei-Muara customers
* Details will be given once order has been confirmed

iii) INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
* Please e-mail us: brunei.muslimah.boutique@gmail.com or send us a message to our facebook account: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Lynnara-Online-Boutique/409824145724722 and we will quote the shipping charges within 3 to 5 working days.


6. REFUND & CANCELLATIONS

- We will check each and every single item before we post them to you / before we meet up for collection to ensure that the item is in very good condition.

- Goods sold are NOT refundable and NOT exchangeable, UNLESS in very rare cases, the item was already defected, then the item can be REPLACED (with similar items or a different one of the SAME price or HIGHER)

- Order cannot be cancelled once it has already been confirmed

B. PRE ORDER ITEMS *subject to availability*


1. ORDER
- PLEASE pick a SECOND CHOICE item in case your first choice item is not available to avoid any delays and disappointments
- Please e-mail us the CODE_COLOUR_SIZE to brunei.muslimah.boutique@gmail.com. We will respond within 3 to 5 working days. Once order is confirmed, we will give you further instructions (payments, collection / delivery).


2. DEPOSIT

4.  SHIPMENT
- Please allow at least 14 WORKING DAYS for items to arrive
- We will announce and inform you when the items have safely arrived
- - We will check each and every single item before we post them to you / before we meet up for collection to ensure that the item is in very good condition.
- Please DO NOT choose this option if you are not willing to wait that long
